With a mission to inspire, innovate, and create high-quality brands, we have consistently grown as a leading developer of local food products. Our journey began with creating a local product from Yogyakarta: Bakpia. Our efforts have paid off, resulting in the birth of the "Bakpiaku" brand with the slogan "Cita Rasa Mendunia".

UMKM

Bakpia has become a hallmark of Yogyakarta's local food scene. Mr. Yudi Tri Sanjaya was one of the pioneers, starting his business by selling bakpia door-to-door. At that time, very few dared to sell bakpia as a mobile product, guaranteeing premium taste and quality. This was a significant innovation in his nascent business.

Bakpiaku

The positive response from the local market towards bakpia has been steadily growing. Our bakpia, as a premium local product, has differentiated itself from other major bakpia brands in Yogyakarta. The slogan "Cita Rasa Mendunia" (Global Taste) embodies the flavor profile of our bakpia and has become the foundation of our brand, "Bakpiaku," which was officially launched on June 9, 2012.

CV SENJAFOOD

The creation of the BAKPIAKU brand led us to solidify our foundation. On June 9, 2012, CV. SENJAFOOD INDONESIA was established as the producer of BAKPIAKU in Yogyakarta's tourism market.

ETECE Roastery

As the producer of BAKPIAKU, CV. SENJAFOOD INDONESIA has expanded its operations into the Food and Beverage sector. Recognizing the immense potential of Indonesia's local coffee, we aim to create a balanced value chain that encompasses farmers, processors, and coffee shops. In 2018, we launched our coffee bean production under the brand name Enjoy the Coffee (ETC). As a daring roastery, we are committed to developing premium roast bean coffee for the Indonesian coffee market.

Senja Memories Coffee

Our ambition didn't stop there. We wanted more people to enjoy ETC Roastery's coffee beans. In 2018, Senja Memories Coffee was established as a premium coffee shop that utilizes the high-quality beans from ETC Roastery. With a focus on premium ingredients, techniques, and flavors, Senja Memories Coffee has become a leading national coffee shop featuring locally sourced beans.

Apika Cookies

As an act of innovation, we introduced Apika as a new souvenir from Yogyakarta. Apika is a processed almond crispy product that we launched in 2020. Made from premium almonds, this processed product has become an affordable snack for everyone.

Kamumau.com

Our innovation extends beyond just the product itself. We also focus on supporting factors, such as creating an online marketplace called Kamumau.com in 2021. The platform aims to facilitate the shopping experience for tourists and customers who want to purchase souvenirs without having to visit Yogyakarta. Kamumau.com can be accessed through both desktop and mobile devices.

Bakpiamu

The next innovation was introduced with our Bakpiamu product. Traditionally, bakpia is baked in an oven and comes in various flavors. With the increasing number of new products from other brands, we saw a different potential. By steaming the bakpia, we created the Bakpiamu brand. This steamed bakpia product was officially launched in 2021.
